Hello,

I updated libmad (better copyright) and libid3tag (better copyright, fix
changelog, and add a patch for a BTS bug).

Please review changes :)

I searched on alioth, but I haven't been able to find out how to create
a commit mailing-list, at least not on the web interface, I guess we
need to add the hook in the repository. I haven't set up this type of
hook for a long time now (SVN is so much better than CVS !), so if
anyone familiar can do it, it would be better.

Maybe we could do an upload quite soon now...
