Package: libid3tag
Version: 0.15.1b-4.1
Severity: serious
Tags: sarge

The package defines a shlibs version of >= 0.15.0b. Between
0.15.0b and 0.15.1b there was a function added:
id3_field_gettextencoding()

This means that the shlibs version should have been changed to
>= 0.15.1b.
