Notice that this is a "v2.5" file.  madplay never claimed to support
either MPEG 2 or MPEG 2.5.  In the description of the package it says:
"It currently only supports the MPEG 1".  A normal "mp3" file is an MPEG
1 layer 3 file.

Anyway, the problem is in libmad, not in madplay itself, so I'm
reassigning it.
