 Could you please clarify on the removal of
 debian/patches/02_madwifi-tools-makefile.dpatch and the addition of
 debian/patches/02_fix-tools-madwifi-old.dpatch?

 The changelog didn't help me understand that:
  * Backport fix for madwifi-tools.
    [debian/patches/02_fix-tools-madwifi-old.dpatch]
  * Remove previos patch to workaround problems with madwifi-tools.

 Since the "fix" is rather large, it would be nice to know why it's
 there and where it comes from and name the patch accordingly.

 I had a look at the ifupdown scripts, since I don't run madwifi-ng nor
 use my Atheros chips as APs, I didn't have much use for it, but they
 will be nice to have when madwifi-ng lands in Debian. From my lecture
 of the wlanconfig documentation, it seems a couple of options (such as
 -bssid and nosbeacon) are missing, but this looks secondary.

   Cheers,
