Bug#491731: madwifi-source: 0.9.4+r3698 and later no longer work in master mode with hostapd and WPA

Hi,

same here without hostapd and with WEP.

wifi0: Atheros AR2413 chip found (MAC 7.8, PHY 2112A 4.5, Radio 5.6)

I get "Stuck beacon" errors and clients lose association. Everything worked 
perfectly with 0.9.4~rc2 modules. I do not use hostapd, madwifi is configured 
for Master mode with udhcpd on ath0. A change of channel usually improves 
situation for 30-40 minutes, but not always.
