new madwifi + madwifi-tools prepared for upload

Hi list,

A new madwifi + madwifi-tools upload has been prepared in pkg-madwifi SVN.
these should allow an upgrade path fr users of madwifi who migrate to debian
linux-image-2.6.24.

Both packages have been transformed to not use cdbs or dpatch, and to use
debhlper-centric debian/rules + quilt. These are the tools I am most
comfortable working with, as they are used in other packages am involved
in maintenance with.

madwifi-tools has a modprobe.d file added to it to blacklist ath5k module to
allow users that choose the non-free madwifi to use it without conflict with
linux-images containing ath5k. If this is not an acceptable solution, to allow
madwifi to live in Debian for a bit longer, than I suggest we think hard about
requesting its removal from the archive ( which i would also have no problem
with).
