packaging libconic

Hello Maemo folks,

Recent version of FBReader e-book reader (>= 0.10.4) pulls libconic Maemo
library as a dependency, which appears to be not packaged for Debian. Have you
any plans to package it? If not, a short advice about where to find pristine
'upstream' source for libconic for Maemo 4 would be appreciated.
