[Pkg-mc-devel] utf-8 patches finished.

Hey,

Today I finished the utf8 patches. I found in the net patches for 
4.6.2~pre1 and adopted them slightly modified. 
The last issue is 60_recode.patch ... if this is applied mc fails to 
build.. without everything is fine. 
Please test if you have some spare time Jose!! :)
