Mh... I can't even create such a directory on my pc:

energy% mkdir "a b c/d"
mkdir: kann Verzeichnis „a b c/d“ nicht anlegen: Datei oder Verzeichnis 
nicht gefunden
energy% mkdir "a b c\/d"
mkdir: kann Verzeichnis „a b c\\/d“ nicht anlegen: Datei oder Verzeichnis 
nicht gefunden


But the last one: rm -rf a / is still silly...
