The Bug#499714 is some times ago and the bugreporter  has  not  provided
more infos as "winnie" requested on "Thu, 9 Oct 2008 23:30:43 +0200".

I can onley reproduce this Bug by read-only mounting of /home or ${HOME}
or a missing sticky bit on /tmp or ${TMPDIR}.

I will try to contact the bugreporter from Bug#499714 to get more infos.
