Package: mc
Version: 2:4.7.0-pre1-1
Severity: normal

*** Please type your report below this line ***
When executing copy file (f5) or move/rename file (f6) shell patterns
don't appear
to work any more.

Steps to reproduce:
1. $ touch a
2. F5 on that file
3. Use shell patterns to on (default), target: *.copy
4. After pressing enter there will be new file named *.copy
Expected result:
There should be new file named a.copy

It worked as expected in mc 4.6
