[Pkg-mc-devel] Bug#543899: Malformed monthname on hungarian language

There are some malformed month-name in Hungarian language.

In version 4.6.1-6 the month-name was printed in different length (3-5), 
and in version 4.6.2 month-name is printed in 3 characters long. So the  
names with  4 or 5  characters was truncated to 3 characters but not 
from the beginning!

Example:
in version 4.6.1-6: febr, márc, szept
in version 4.6.2:    ebr,  árc ,   ept
valid:                    feb,  már,   sze
