Hello,
After severals tests and hacks, this bug don't come from mc.
set your system date to february, march or september and try:
$ LANG=hu_HU.UTF-8 date +%b
this return 4 letters, and there is no reason to not strip these months
with 3 letters.
see:
January = január
February = február
March = március
April = április
May = május
June = június
July = július
August = augusztus
September = szeptember
October = október
November = november
December = december

I reassign this bug to the glibc
