Thanks for the test. However, this is different from what I described.
I don't see any need to change this behavior.

What I was talking about is:

$ touch /tmp/a
$ sudo chown 0:0 /tmp/a
$ cd /tmp

Go to a, F8, Yes results in:
Cannot delete file "/tmp/a"
Operation not permitted (1)
[ Skip ]  [ Retry ]  [ Abort ]
-> This is ok.

$ cd /#sh:localhost/tmp

Go to a, F8, Yes: file not deleted, no error message -> This is a
problem.
