Hi!

See my report upstream. Apparently Debian was building --with-x before,
so when they stopped doing so the bug appeared.

It seems to me that there's no way to detect modifiers for Enter other
than via ioctl (which explains why it works in raw console) or X, so we
can only build mc --with-x from now on against X libs and add them to
Suggests, but remove from dependencies.

mc loads X libs dynamically using dlopen if they are present, so if it's
not the case, this won't be an issue for users that don't have X
installed.

Denis, could you please tell be whether this is possible?
