[Pkg-mc-devel] Bug#500693: Tar re-implementation

Hi!

I merge this tickets together and link them to a report upstream,
because right now there is an ongoing effort to replace built-in tar VFS
with external tar-based set of scripts + internal utility that will list
files in tar archives based on latest GNU Tar.

Some code from these tickets will be integrated in this new solution.
