Is this still there on the latest 4.7.0.1 ? I don't use rxvt, but I do
use fully UTF-8 locale and it works perfect in both gnome-terminal and

I don't see what this has to do with this bug. You can customize the
keybindings using the keymap file, or, if the action is not in the
keymap yet report a bug against upstream to have it included.
