[Pkg-mc-devel] Bug#573590: mc: pressing alt-l seems to be ignored when caps is active

in a gnome terminl, i tried to jump to other line with alt-l,
but the pressing of alt-l seems to have been ignored.
this situation manifests when capslock is active.
