[Pkg-mc-devel] Icon and desktop file

Hi!

I made an icon for mc basing upon the original Tango gnome-terminal and
screensaver artworks as well as a tentative desktop file that works for
me.

I'd like to have the package automatically create an entry in
Application -> Accessories for mc.

Desktop file needs changes, but I'm clueless.
