I don't have Ubuntu Natty at hand. In Ubuntu Hardy it's in System ->
Preferences -> Keyboard Shortcuts.

  I tried to switch on/off both of the keyboard shortcut settings in
  gnome-terminal, but none of the 4 variations let me use the F10 for
  quitting mcedit or mc.
