mcedit is far more easy editor then vi. First package i'm install on
EVERY linux installation after connect to inet is mc.

  whishlist: add midnight commander as a default package in Ubuntu
  CD/DVD. For novice is much easier to edit a file with mc rather with
  "vi" or "pico" (if he/she knows that there is this editor)
