[Pkg-mc-devel] MC: new upstream release 4.8.3

Good news everyone,

Upstream just released MC 4.8.3 - packaged and available from 

  http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/m/mc/mc_4.8.3-1.dsc

Some weeks ago I tried 4.8.2 but wasn't impressed with its quality due to some 
regression bugs and fixes scheduled for 4.8.3 only.

4.8.3 looks good for release - let's try it a little and if everything is OK I 
will upload it on weekend. How does that sounds?

P.S. To me in 4.8.2, most annoying problems were

  * Unable to add directory to hotlist
  * justified menu alignment [1]
