Hi guys,

Since nobody else from pkg-mc@ replied so far let me clear up the
situation for you a little bit:

- Denis was on his DD track, but got overwhelmed with real life issues
and ended up resigning completely in as far as I know

- Patrick is still very much alive (at least I see him regularly on
Jabber), but is apparently still too busy with his work, studies and
other Debian projects than mc packaging

- I am also alive, but since my last conversation with Andreas re. mc
packaging my situation has only worsened: I was forced into getting a
new job in November last year which leaves me no spare time for anything
at all and still have the doctoral studies on my back...

So realistically, if you want to move mc packaging forward and have
resources to do so, you are most welcome to do so and don't consider me
as a blocker. I will certainly not take it as an offense, hostile
takeover or anything like that.

In fact I would have very much appreciated if mc packaging were brought
up to date, the bug trackers cleaned up etc. I have embarked on these
challenges only because I had some spare time at that moment and nobody
seemed to have any, so I wanted to contribute what I had back then...

I will follow up with technical issues if this can be of help a bit
later this week, please don't drop me and pkg-mc@ from CC.
