As per my earlier comment, I suppose so, but I didn't check. I think we
can close it upon the next upload and then if it re-appears again
re-open this bug or file a new one.

FYI I used to maintain a bug scratch-pad to collect information about
the bugs to be closed upon next upload here:

which may be of use for you if you ever decide to embark upon the long
overdue BTS cleanup.
