Hi Andreas,

I prepared few more changes for next release.

  * new beautiful 256 colour skins "modarin-1.1" by Oliver Lange
  * d-control: no longer suggest transitional 'xpdf-reader'
  * d-rules: build with all hardening

No bugfixes this time - after long review of upstream bug tracker I closed yet 
another bug but for the rest of them more time will be required.

If you think those changes are qualify for release I will be happy if you 
could consider uploading it.

To me new colour themes is a big deal - for years I was waiting to have nice 
comfortable MC skins and this is just what I needed. I hope many people would 
like them too.
