Package: mc
Version: 3:4.8.1-2
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

The mc help file and the mc(1) manpage say, in the section named "The
subshell support":

,----
| The subshell support is a compile time option, that works with
| the shells: bash, tcsh and zsh.

[irrelevant stuff snipped]

| If you are using bash you can specify startup commands for the
| subshell in your ~/.local/share/mc/bashrc file and special key‐
| board maps in the ~/.local/share/mc/inputrc file. tcsh users
| may specify startup commands in the ~/.local/share/mc/tcshrc
| file.
`----

What if I'm using zsh? Don't I get any rc files then?
