Dear Maintainer,

in text console, <Shift>+<F(i)> hotkeys behave in a wrong way,
as if they were <Shift>+<F(i+2)>.

Single <F(i)> pressed keys function as they should.

In x-terminal-emulator those hotkeys work correctly.
