[Pkg-mc-devel] Bug#714369: "mc dir1" does not always put cursor on dir1 panel

Dear Maintainer,

This bug appeared for me since upgrading from 4.8.5-1 to 4.8.10-2.
Bisecting upstream git lead to
https://www.midnight-commander.org/changeset/6da546bcf3a09b7710bc3b69d38e736e3273c34b,
the first changeset mentioned in
https://www.midnight-commander.org/ticket/3047. Further discussion in
that ticket lead to
https://www.midnight-commander.org/changeset/f6c84cf7f38f30eb7891f964cd8a279b272f0c87
though, which restores the old functionality (but unfortunately wasn't
included in 4.8.10).

It would be nice if you could include that last patch in the Debian
package, it applies nicely on top of the 4.8.10 source.
