If I couldn't understand how to reproduce then please explain precisely what 
do you do when you experience this bug? Can you reproduce in clean 
environment?

I just tried "mc" in "gnome-terminal" and I don't see this problem.

What makes you think that the problem is in MC and not in "gnome-terminal"?
