When I run mc as normal user, diacritics is broken (chars like e.g.
"ěščřžýáíé").

When I run "locale" before running mc, I get this:

On the other hand, when I run "locale" from within already running mc, I

Running mc as root is OK.

Why is that so and how can I chage it, please? #crysman
