Bug#341278: Please start mdadm before lvm2

Package: mdadm
Version: 1.12.0-1
Severity: wishlist
Please start the mdadm-raid init script before the lvm init script. This
will let the md arrays get started before lvm for those of us not using
evms to do lvm on md devices.
I've moved mine from S25 to S24 in rcS.d without problems.
Perhaps a debconf question could make this a configurable option for
those of us who need it.
