please upgrade mdadm

Version 2.4.1 and a few other version all support raid5-reshape. A often 
requested feature. This combined with the huge changelog mdadm has from 
version 1.12 (testing) to 2.4.1 (newest release) makes a very good 
reason upgrade mdadm.


Hereby i hope you are willing to include mdadm 2.4.1 or give me a reason 
why not.
