Bug#347644: 2.2 is availabel upstream

Package: mdadm
Severity: wishlist

Version 2.2 has been out for a while and has some important features
like support for bitmap and favoured devices. I am talking to
upstream right now to see whether we need mdadm2, or can just simply
upgrade this package.

Anyway, I am very loaded, so help with preparing a 2.2 release would
be greatly appreciated!
