mdadm and Debian/Ubuntu

Hi Martin,

I have no particular interest in the package. The only changes i did across
the time have been pushed back to Debian afaik. There is no special love for me
to it, so i am glad for you to take it over and of course we will keep the
channel open if i get to fix anything in it.
