mdadm and Debian/Ubuntu

Fabio,

mdz told me to get in touch with you as you seem to be mainly
responsible for mdadm in Ubuntu. I am taking over mdadm and would be
rather interested in working with you. I realise you are terribly
busy until tomorrow, but maybe after Dapper's out, you'd be inclined
to link up with me in an effort to work on a single mdadm source for
Debian and Ubuntu together.
