new git repo

[martin f krafft]

I remade the Git repo, which means that everything in the previous
repo (still available as mdadm-old.git) is invalid. If you are
tracking it, please clone a new repo. If you have committed changes
that you have not committed, cherry-pick them, redo them, or ask me
for assistance. You can also just tar it up and post me a URL to it.
