Yes. But please note that I'm running testing's version of mdadm.

However, in my cowbuilder sid chroot, after installing mdadm and
proftpd, I get:

K01hwclock.sh K01mdadm K01mdadm-raid K01openbsd-inetd K01proftpd
K01urandom K02sendsigs K03umountnfs.sh K04networking K05umountfs
K06umountroot K07reboot

I think proftpd should come before mdadm-raid.
