You will need to provide a lot more information. For instance, start
with uploading /boot/initrd.img-$(uname-rn) to
ftp://ftp.madduck.net/incoming (or put it on an HTTP server), and
run /usr/share/bug/mdadm/script as root and include the output in an
e-mail.
