Bug#589836: mdadm: breaks initramfs on fresh (chroot) installation

When I build a Squeeze live CD using live-helper the build fails when
mdadm package is included on the CD because no initramfs is generated.

This is an excerpt from the log of apt configuring packages in the
chroot which is then used for the CD contents.

When mdadm is not included the image builds flawlessly.

You can run the build yourself with the attached configuration.

Install live-helper from sid, as root create an empty directory, unpack
the tarball there and run "lh build".
