the World Bank and the United Nations Compensation Commission, which

in an auto accident and cannot walk right now.

It has become necessary to verify directly from you, the original
beneficiary, if you at any time authorized such a last minute change in
your bank account to receive your compensation amount of US$950,000.00  
before granting their request
