Apologies that this isn't a proper bug report, (using reportbug pkg), but;
a)  my system isn't setup for email at all ...and more importantly;
b)  apt-get -s install reportbug
    ...
    62 upgraded, 32 newly installed, 10 to remove and 796 not upgraded.
    ...
    and i just do not want to upgrade right now,
