It is practically impossible to determine whether MD will be needed
for booting, due to the complexity of things. Therefore, I chose to
be on the safe side and provide the binary unconditionally.
One could consider whether INITRDSTART==none could be reason enough
to skip installing the MD stuff into the initrd.
Yet, I think having the binary around for cases where you need it
far outweighs the benefit of a slightly smaller initramfs.
