Package: mdadm
Version: 3.1.4-1+8efb9d1
Severity: minor

The current wording relating to the --grow --size option is incorrect:

If this is not specified (as it normally is not) the
smallest drive (or partition) sets the size, though if there is a variance among the
drives of greater than 1%, a warning is issued.

If one issues the --size option without a parameter, it throws an error. It would seem
that the text should read:

One can specify the size as 'max' in order to use the size of the smallest
   drive (or partition).
If there is a variance among the drives of greater than 1%, a warning is issued.

BTW (I don't know if the 1% variance statement is true -- I've just keept that from the previous text.

Cheers, Phil.
