Possible bug in initramfs config, mdadm not actually waiting for udev?

Hello,
local-top script has been deprecated and in Debian Unstable a
local-block script is used instead which, integrates into the
initramfs-tools mainloop to periodically scan for new devices and
assemble them as they come up.
Could you try the initramfs-tools integration in Debian Unstable perhaps?
Regards,
Dimitri.
