Control: retitle -1 /usr/share/mdadm/checkarray should not report an error if the MD subsystem is not loaded

Hi!

As mentioned by the original reporter, /usr/share/mdadm/checkarray
reports an error and exits with exitcode 2 if the MD subsystem is not
loaded, even though this is not an error by itself. Contrary to Martin
F Krafft's original statement [0], there *are* legitimate reasons to
have the mdadm package installed on machines without MD-based RAIDs,
such as using dracut [1] instead of initramfs-tools.

Since this causes an unnecessary mail to root every month, I ask that
you consider fixing this by either auto-loading the MD module if not
present, or simply exiting quietly (and successfully) if /proc/mdstat
does not exist.

Best regards

Alexander Kurtz
