    Add "Enhances: mediawiki", drop Recommends
    
    wikidiff2 does not depend upon MediaWiki in any way, it's a fully independent
    PHP extension. So using "Recommends" is incorrect here.
    
    wikidiff2 does enhance MediaWiki, as it improves the performance of the diff
    rendering. So use "Enhances".
    
    This should also make the installation process better for people who have
    setup MediaWiki without using the package and want to install this without
    pulling in the entire MediaWiki package and might not be aware of
    --no-install-recommends.
