[Pkg-mediawiki-devel] Bug#343684: mediawiki-math does not work out-of-the box, php4-imagick is required

The mediawiki-math does not work without php4-imagick (at least, it is
not obvious how to make it working without it). So either the dependency
should be added to the mediawiki-math or some kind of README with
instructions to setup the math support.
