The first link in http://bazaar.canonical.com/doc/ is rather readable.
Haven't tried the others.  There's also
http://wiki.gnuarch.org/Learning_20Arch_20commands_20for_20CVS_20users
for a transition from CVS to tla, and
http://wiki.gnuarch.org/BazaarVsTla for the main differences between
tla and baz (basically, baz is more orthogonal and has simpler
commands).
