-3 includes last toots' fixes and is RC for upload.
Last check before the spaceship is launched.

I don't think this installer is so horrible a debconf replacement is
absolutely needed. And i'm sure toots is far from being wrong for the
heavy maintainance part. I may change my mind in the future if we find
some nice technical solutions, but i currently disagree too.
