BTW MediaWiki is indeed called with this case by the original authors, 
and words with capitalised letters in the middle are a very common thing 
in the wiki world, and this was the spelling that triggered a link in 
the original wiki, WikiWikiWeb: http://c2.com/cgi/wiki?JoinCapitalizedWords
But Wikipedia is spelled Wikipedia on their website so this should be fixed.

This seems to be a feature from upstream release.
We are making a package for easy install, and we do not extend the 
software to any kind of way.
If you really miss this feature, maybe you should ask upstream directly.

Well, this should be the case, we have worked on it.
BTW chmod 777 is a bit -- hu -- unsecured: our choice was to chown to 
www-data and then chmod 700 the directory.
Did you have trouble with this after having it installed?
